Work with Foreign Exchange students!

Education, Travel, & Culture ("ETC") is looking for Colorado teachers and parents to help find great homes for foreign exchange students. We are creating a community of host families, and bringing the world to our schools, neighborhoods, and families.
As a Local Coordinator, you find local families, and match them with foreign exchange students. The students all come with their own spending money and insurance, so all the host families need to provide is a bed, space for the student to do their schoolwork, three meal a day, and an enthusiasm for learning about foreign cultures.
Local Coordinators create a genuine relationship with their students, host families, and high schools, and support them as needed. You will have formal check-ins on a monthly basis, and will record the student's grades, progress reports, and notes from meetings with the students and families.
ETC takes a "boutique" approach to foreign exchange students - all of our students are carefully screened for English fluency, academics, and emotional maturity prior to being accepted to the program - this means we work with only a small number of great students. We provide one-on-one support for our host families, students, and schools, and strive to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
Local Coordinators are paid $300 per student placed, and $70/month/student for the monthly check-ins.
